I also love that they post lots and lots of pictures so I can look at all the fun my dog is having. It's so nice knowing that the entire staff is looking out for all the animals. It's also very obvious that the staff all love animals as you'd need to, to work at a place like this. I've used Sunwater as a border as well and won't go anywhere else. It makes me feel so much better when I'm on vacation knowing that my dog isn't stressing but it's being pampered on her own vacation. I couldn't recommend Sunwater Pet Resort enough!!

She is a nervous dog who may not eat or go to the bathroom regularly while she's away from us, and Sunwater is very helpful and communicative about how she's doing while we're gone. It is a huge relief to leave her in such caring and capable hands!

We found Sunwater Pet Resort through a local google search and decided to give them a try based on their great reviews. We could not be happier with the level of care they provided while we were away! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it’s obvious that they are passionate about caring for dogs. They were so patient with her and really helped us feel comfortable leaving her there while we were away. They were communicative with updates on her progress without making us worry about what was happening while we were gone. On top of that, they have great rates and are very affordable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for daycare, boarding, or grooming services.

But the staff there are extremely talented in what they do and were able to get her to come out of that little shell of hers. During her time there, we opted in half day of daycare and were so glad to have that option! It was so great to see the pictures of her playing around with other dogs and get her energy out. They are so friendly and helpful. When I send emails, they respond very quickly. I know my dog receives excellent care during his stays at SUNWATER!!! He is always glad to see us when we return, but it is such a great feeling to know that when we are out of town, our fur baby is being cared for by such a wonderful pet resort!!! We would never think of going anywhere else!!!

The half day evaluation was worth the time and money to make sure it was a good fit for all parties involved. The check in/out process is easy, and the online parent pet portal is very user friendly. Looking forward to utilizing the boarding option soon because I know our dogs will be well taken care of. The covered outdoor space is great for inclement weather days. The social media posts of the dogs living their best lives at daycare is also a plus. So glad we found you!

We received plenty of information about the stay and they were even in touch through text which was very convenient. The property is beautiful and so clean and the exit bath for our big fluffy guy was a nice touch and very affordable. The gentleman who bathed him and the entire staff were so friendly and genuinely seemed to love what they were doing. Thank you all for an A+ experience!!

Our dog Beau is almost 9 years old and is usually spoiled that my parents will watch him when we go away. When they can’t, there is no where else... read more I trust but Sunwater! I recently tried another boarding place as a backup when Sunwater is fully booked, and it was awful in comparison. When my husband dropped him off most recently, he ran right up and away with Jeff without even looking back at us, lol! We were delayed traveling and they worked with us to make sure he could stay the extra unexpected night. When we pick him up the feedback they give us on him shows they have spent time and really know our dog in a way other places I’ve worked with just do not. They recognize playing with other dogs isn’t necessarily what brings him joy and rather spend time giving him pats and playing ball. Here is the adorable pic they sent on Christmas. An easy 5 stars!!!!!

They took the time to work with us (we have a crazy schedule) to meet with one of our pups to get... read more her more comfortable before she stayed overnight since she can be a little nippy when feeling overwhelmed or anxious. They were very knowledgeable and knew right away how to deal with her. She warmed up to the staff right away! The overnight stay went extremely well and both our pups had a great time. We feel very comfortable leaving them again for a much longer stay during our upcoming vacation. I would highly recommend using them for your 4 legged family members!
